Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a distinguished, client-focused sales experience that builds long-term relationships and loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling, upselling and tailored product recommendations.
- Maintain expert product knowledge across leather goods, accessories and seasonal collections to advise clients accurately.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions and manage returns in accordance with store policies.
- Support visual merchandising standards and execute planograms to preserve the brand’s aesthetic and presentation.
- Manage stockroom operations including receiving, inventory counts and replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Record client information and follow up on appointments, special requests and after-sales service needs.
- Comply with loss prevention, cash handling and operational procedures to protect store assets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or tertiary training in retail, fashion or hospitality is advantageous.
- Minimum of 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience; luxury or premium brand experience preferred.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and deliver measurable commercial results.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, service-oriented manner.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- Right to work in the country of employment.
