Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests warmly, creating memorable and personalized customer experiences
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings, merchandise, and Coach brand heritage to enhance customer engagement
- Achieve sales targets by promoting beverages, food items, and Coach merchandise; customize orders and highlight limited-availability products
- Prepare handcrafted beverages using espresso machines, grinders, and ovens while maintaining quality and presentation standards
- Support visual merchandising initiatives, floor sets, and inventory replenishment to maintain store aesthetic standards
- Maintain rigorous cleanliness and food safety standards in compliance with operational policies and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to solve problems, share selling strategies, and support store operations
- Handle cash transactions and food & beverage operating systems accurately and securely
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a barista or in a café/food service setting
- Proven customer-facing sales experience
- Knowledge of espresso machines, grinders, and beverage preparation equipment
- Understanding of food safety and cash handling procedures
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom

Prior experience as a barista or in a café setting is preferred. Customer-facing role experience and familiarity with delegating tasks in a team environment are advantageous.
