Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests warmly, creating memorable experiences and representing the Coach brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Maintain deep knowledge of menu offerings, merchandise assortment, and Coach brand heritage to educate and engage customers
  • Meet sales goals by promoting beverages, food items, and merchandise; customize orders and highlight limited availability items
  • Support floor sets, replenishment, and visual merchandising standards throughout the café area
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards; operate espresso machines, grinders, and ovens to prepare handcrafted beverages
  • Work collaboratively with team members to solve problems, share selling strategies, and contribute to overall store performance

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a barista or in a café setting preferred
  • Experience in customer-facing retail roles
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operating systems
  • Ability to comply with store operating policies and standards, including food safety and cash handling procedures
  • Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

Experience
