Coach Barista Part-Time Role at Woodbury Common, Central Valley, New York. $15–$18/hr with medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid leave.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests warmly, creating memorable experiences and representing the Coach brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Maintain deep knowledge of menu offerings, merchandise assortment, and Coach brand heritage to educate and engage customers
- Meet sales goals by promoting beverages, food items, and merchandise; customize orders and highlight limited availability items
- Support floor sets, replenishment, and visual merchandising standards throughout the café area
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards; operate espresso machines, grinders, and ovens to prepare handcrafted beverages
- Work collaboratively with team members to solve problems, share selling strategies, and contribute to overall store performance
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a barista or in a café setting preferred
- Experience in customer-facing retail roles
- Knowledge of food and beverage operating systems
- Ability to comply with store operating policies and standards, including food safety and cash handling procedures
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom

Prior experience as a barista or in a café setting is preferred; demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles with the ability to engage diverse clientele and drive sales is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
