Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests warmly, creating memorable and engaging customer experiences
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of beverage menu, food offerings, merchandise, and Coach brand heritage
  • Meet and exceed sales goals by promoting beverages, food items, and Coach merchandise; customize orders and highlight limited-availability products
  • Support floor sets, merchandise replenishment, and visual merchandising standards throughout the café
  • Operate espresso machines, grinders, ovens, and other food and beverage equipment to prepare handcrafted beverages to specification
  • Maintain cleanliness, food safety compliance, and proper cash handling procedures in accordance with store policies
  • Collaborate closely with team members to solve operational challenges and share effective selling strategies
  • Lift and maneuver merchandise and supplies weighing up to 50 lbs occasionally; climb, bend, kneel, and navigate the sales floor and stockroom as needed

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a barista or in a café or food and beverage setting
  • Demonstrated experience in customer-facing retail roles
  • Proficiency with food and beverage operating systems
  • Ability to meet and comply with store operating policies, food safety standards, and cash handling procedures
  • Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, busy season periods, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays

Experience
