Coach Barista position at Shanghai Disneytown Café – luxury beverage service with coffee expertise required.
Role & Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests, communicate special offerings and new products, answer enquiries, process orders and payments
- Prepare specialty beverages including grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing espresso and tea, and serving with precision
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work and dining areas, manage waste disposal, and sanitize equipment and utensils
- Update signage and displays to attract and engage customers
- Conduct inventory management and replenish display cases and counter items
- Comply with all food safety regulations, quality control standards, and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of food and beverage preparation experience
- Professional barista background or espresso certification preferred
- Deep passion for coffee with ability to communicate origin stories and quality attributes
