Role & Responsibilities
- Greet customers, communicate information about special promotions and new offerings, and provide knowledgeable responses to inquiries regarding menu items and coffee varieties
- Prepare beverages with consistency and precision, including grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing espresso and tea, and serving finished drinks to customer specifications
- Maintain sanitation and hygiene standards across the working and dining areas, including cleaning equipment and utensils, disposing of waste, and disinfecting surfaces
- Update signage and displays to attract customer interest and communicate product offerings
- Conduct regular inventory audits and replenish display cases, tables, and counter-top merchandise to ensure adequate stock levels
- Ensure full compliance with all food safety regulations, quality control protocols, and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in food and beverage preparation
- Professional certification or background in specialty coffee preparation (preferred)
- Demonstrated passion for coffee with ability to articulate origin, processing methods, and flavour profiles of coffee beans
- Proven commitment to continuous learning and expanding knowledge of coffee varieties and brewing techniques
- Exceptional listening and communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese
- Polished, engaging personal demeanor with emphasis on courtesy and professionalism

Skills
Experience

Education
