Coach Barista position in Leawood, Kansas. Part-time café role with $15–$18/hr, benefits, and hospitality focus.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism, creating memorable retail café experiences
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge of menu items, merchandise, and Coach brand heritage
- Meet sales goals by promoting beverages, food, and merchandise; customize orders and highlight limited availability items
- Support floor sets, visual replenishment, and visual merchandising standards throughout the café space
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards; operate espresso machines, grinders, and ovens to prepare handcrafted beverages
- Collaborate with team members to solve problems, share selling strategies, and support overall store performance
- Lift and maneuver merchandise and equipment regularly (up to 25 lbs., occasionally up to 50 lbs.) while climbing, bending, kneeling, and navigating sales floor and stockroom areas
Qualifications
- Prior barista or café experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles
- Ability to meet store operating policies and standards, including food safety and cash handling
- Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly, up to 50 lbs. occasionally

Experience
Prior experience as a barista or in a café setting is preferred. Customer-facing experience and the ability to delegate tasks and work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment are valued.
