Role & Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests warmly, creating memorable experiences that reflect the Coach brand
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items, merchandise, and Coach brand heritage to inform customer interactions
• Meet sales goals by promoting beverages, food, and merchandise; customize orders and highlight limited-availability items
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and ovens to prepare handcrafted beverages to quality standards
• Support floor sets, replenishment, and visual merchandising to maintain brand standards
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety compliance, and cash handling procedures in accordance with store operating policies
• Collaborate with team members to solve problems, share selling strategies, and deliver cohesive guest experiences
• Maneuver sales floor and stockroom, lifting and transporting items up to 50 lbs occasionally

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a barista or in a café setting
• Experience in customer-facing roles
• Competency in food and beverage operating systems
• Ability to meet store operating policies and food safety standards
• Physical capability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic retail days including public holidays

Skills

Experience

Preferred prior experience as a barista or in a café setting; demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles and delegating tasks within a retail or hospitality environment.

Education

No specific educational requirements stated; high school diploma or equivalent recommended.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 18 per hour.
