Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests warmly, creating memorable and personalized experiences
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items, merchandise, and Coach brand heritage and values
- Meet sales goals by actively promoting beverages, food, and merchandise; customize orders and highlight limited availability items
- Support floor sets, merchandise replenishment, and visual merchandising standards
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards; operate espresso machines, grinders, and ovens to prepare handcrafted beverages
- Collaborate closely with team members to solve problems, share selling strategies, and ensure seamless operations
- Comply with store operating policies and standards, including food safety protocols and cash handling procedures
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a barista or in a café setting
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles
- Ability to work with food and beverage operating systems
- Knowledge of food safety standards and cash handling procedures
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom

Experience
Prior experience as a barista or in a café setting is preferred. Experience in customer-facing roles and delegation is required. Demonstrated ability to meet store operating policies and standards is essential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; formal culinary or barista certification is not required but may be valued.
