Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests warmly, creating memorable and personalized experiences
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu items, merchandise, and Coach brand heritage and values
  • Meet sales goals by actively promoting beverages, food, and merchandise; customize orders and highlight limited availability items
  • Support floor sets, merchandise replenishment, and visual merchandising standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards; operate espresso machines, grinders, and ovens to prepare handcrafted beverages
  • Collaborate closely with team members to solve problems, share selling strategies, and ensure seamless operations
  • Comply with store operating policies and standards, including food safety protocols and cash handling procedures

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a barista or in a café setting
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles
  • Ability to work with food and beverage operating systems
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and cash handling procedures
  • Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom

Experience
