Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, attentive guest service and create memorable in-store café experiences.
- Prepare handcrafted espresso beverages and food items using espresso machines, grinders and ovens while maintaining product quality and consistency.
- Promote and sell beverages, food and complementary Coach merchandise to meet store sales goals and drive add-on purchases.
- Support visual merchandising, floor sets and stock replenishment to uphold brand standards.
- Adhere to operational procedures including food safety, sanitation, cash handling and point-of-sale operations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve guest issues, share selling strategies and sustain a high-performance team environment.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a barista or in a café environment preferred.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles; ability to upsell and customize guest orders.
- Familiarity with food & beverage operating systems and point-of-sale procedures.
- Knowledge of and adherence to food safety standards and cash-handling policies.
- Physical ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs), climb, bend and manage stockroom and sales floor duties.
- Availability for a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.

Experience
Prior barista or café experience is preferred; demonstrated success in customer-facing retail or foodservice roles and experience delegating or coordinating tasks within a team are advantageous.
