Coach Barista in Glendale, Arizona – Part-time café role preparing beverages, engaging guests, and driving sales in a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests warmly, creating memorable and engaging experiences
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings, merchandise, and Coach brand heritage
- Prepare handcrafted beverages using espresso machines, grinders, and ovens while maintaining operational excellence
- Meet and exceed sales goals by promoting beverages, food items, and Coach merchandise; customize orders and highlight limited-availability items
- Support floor sets, replenishment, and visual merchandising standards throughout the shop
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety standards, and compliance with store operating policies and cash handling procedures
- Collaborate closely with team members to solve problems, share selling strategies, and contribute to team performance
