Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests warmly, creating memorable and engaging experiences
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of beverages, food items, and Coach brand heritage to enhance guest interactions
- Meet sales goals by promoting beverages, food, and Coach merchandise while customizing orders and highlighting limited-availability items
- Prepare handcrafted beverages using espresso machines, grinders, and ovens in accordance with established standards
- Support floor sets, inventory replenishment, and visual merchandising to maintain brand standards
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety compliance, and cash handling procedures according to store operating policies
- Collaborate with team members to solve problems, share selling strategies, and deliver cohesive guest experiences
- Lift and maneuver merchandise and supplies (25–50 lbs regularly and occasionally); climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom as needed
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a barista or in a café setting
- Proven experience in customer-facing retail or hospitality roles
- Competency with food and beverage operating systems
- Demonstrated organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to comply with food safety standards and cash handling protocols
- Physical capability to lift 25–50 lbs and perform floor and stockroom tasks
