Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage guests warmly to create memorable, on-brand experiences.
  • Prepare handcrafted beverages using espresso machines, grinders and ovens, ensuring product consistency and presentation.
  • Drive sales by promoting beverages, food and merchandise and by personalizing recommendations.
  • Maintain thorough product and brand knowledge to convey Coach heritage and menu details to guests.
  • Support visual merchandising, floor sets and inventory replenishment to uphold retail standards.
  • Adhere to operational excellence: maintain cleanliness, follow food safety protocols and perform accurate cash handling.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve issues, share selling strategies and support peak-period service.

Qualifications

  • Prior barista or café experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles; demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Familiarity with food safety procedures and cash handling policies.
  • Organizational ability to work with food & beverage operating systems and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks including climbing, bending and kneeling.
  • Availability for a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.
