Role & Responsibilities

- Prepare handcrafted beverages using espresso machines, grinders and ovens, ensuring product consistency and presentation.
- Drive sales by promoting beverages, food and merchandise and by personalizing recommendations.
- Maintain thorough product and brand knowledge to convey Coach heritage and menu details to guests.
- Support visual merchandising, floor sets and inventory replenishment to uphold retail standards.
- Adhere to operational excellence: maintain cleanliness, follow food safety protocols and perform accurate cash handling.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues, share selling strategies and support peak-period service.
Qualifications
- Prior barista or café experience preferred.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles; demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality customer service.
- Familiarity with food safety procedures and cash handling policies.
- Organizational ability to work with food & beverage operating systems and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and perform physical tasks including climbing, bending and kneeling.
- Availability for a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak retail periods.

Experience
Prior experience as a barista or in a café setting is preferred; experience in customer-facing roles and delegating tasks is valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
