Coach seeks a part-time Barista in Cabazon, California — deliver exceptional guest experiences at the Coach Cabazon Coffee Shop.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional guest engagement and create memorable customer experiences at the Coach coffee shop.
- Prepare handcrafted beverages and food items using espresso machines, commercial grinders and ovens while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Drive sales by promoting beverages, food and merchandise, customizing orders, and highlighting limited-availability items.
- Support store visual standards through floor sets, replenishment and basic visual merchandising tasks.
- Maintain operational excellence through cleanliness, food safety compliance and accurate cash handling.
- Collaborate with team members to solve problems, share selling strategies and meet store performance goals.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a barista or in a café setting preferred.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles; ability to delegate and work collaboratively with peers.
- Familiarity with food safety procedures and cash handling policies.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and high-traffic retail periods.
- Ability to regularly lift at least 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs; must be able to climb, bend and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.

Experience
Prior barista or café experience is preferred; candidates should have experience in customer-facing roles and basic delegation or team collaboration responsibilities.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
