Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism, creating memorable and personalized experiences
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings, merchandise, and Coach brand heritage to enhance customer engagement
  • Meet sales targets by actively promoting beverages, food items, and merchandise; customize orders and highlight limited-availability products
  • Support visual merchandising initiatives, floor sets, and inventory replenishment to maintain elevated store standards
  • Operate espresso machines, grinders, and ovens to prepare handcrafted beverages to consistent quality standards
  • Maintain rigorous cleanliness and food safety protocols throughout the café operations
  • Collaborate with team members to solve operational challenges and share effective selling strategies
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adapt to varying operational demands including peak traffic periods and seasonal fluctuations

Qualifications

  • Prior barista experience or café setting background preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles with ability to manage multiple interactions
  • Proficiency with food and beverage operating systems
  • Understanding of food safety and cash handling compliance requirements
  • Ability to lift and maneuver loads of 25–50 lbs regularly and occasionally
  • Physical capability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom areas

Experience
