Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism, creating memorable and personalized experiences
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings, merchandise, and Coach brand heritage to enhance customer engagement
- Meet sales targets by actively promoting beverages, food items, and merchandise; customize orders and highlight limited-availability products
- Support visual merchandising initiatives, floor sets, and inventory replenishment to maintain elevated store standards
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and ovens to prepare handcrafted beverages to consistent quality standards
- Maintain rigorous cleanliness and food safety protocols throughout the café operations
- Collaborate with team members to solve operational challenges and share effective selling strategies
- Demonstrate flexibility and adapt to varying operational demands including peak traffic periods and seasonal fluctuations
Qualifications
- Prior barista experience or café setting background preferred
- Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles with ability to manage multiple interactions
- Proficiency with food and beverage operating systems
- Understanding of food safety and cash handling compliance requirements
- Ability to lift and maneuver loads of 25–50 lbs regularly and occasionally
- Physical capability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom areas
Skills
Experience
Prior experience as a barista or in a café setting is preferred, along with a track record in customer-facing roles involving task delegation and operational responsibility.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 18 per hour.
