Coach Barista role in Allen, Texas—deliver customer experiences, operate espresso machines, and drive sales in a fast-paced retail café environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests warmly, creating memorable shopping and café experiences
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of beverage menu, food offerings, and Coach brand heritage
- Meet sales goals by actively promoting beverages, food items, and Coach merchandise; customize orders and highlight limited availability items
- Support visual merchandising standards through floor sets, product replenishment, and display maintenance
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and ovens to prepare handcrafted beverages according to brand standards
- Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and cash handling compliance throughout shift
- Collaborate with team members to solve operational challenges and share selling strategies
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a barista or in a café setting preferred
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with food and beverage operating systems
- Knowledge of food safety and cash handling procedures
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs. occasionally)
