Coach Barista position in Allen, Texas – luxury café experience, espresso expertise, $15–$18/hr, part-time retail role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage guests warmly to create memorable experiences and foster brand affinity
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of café menu, beverage offerings, and Coach brand heritage to educate customers
  • Prepare handcrafted beverages using espresso machines, grinders, and ovens while adhering to operational excellence standards
  • Drive sales by promoting premium beverages, food items, and Coach merchandise; customize orders and highlight limited-edition offerings
  • Support floor sets, visual merchandising displays, and inventory replenishment to maintain brand presentation standards
  • Maintain cleanliness, food safety compliance, and cash handling procedures in accordance with store operating policies
  • Collaborate with team members to solve challenges, share selling strategies, and support operational flow during peak hours and busy retail periods

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a barista or in a café/food service setting (preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles with strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with food and beverage operating systems and point-of-sale technology
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and cash handling procedures
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Physical capability to climb, bend, kneel, and navigate sales floor and stockroom areas

Experience
