Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day retail support to sales teams, enabling a seamless client experience both on the shop floor and behind the scenes.
  • Manage back‑of‑house operations including receiving, stock replenishment, inventory control and visual merchandising standards.
  • Process transactions, returns and exchanges accurately while ensuring adherence to cash‑handling and loss‑prevention procedures.
  • Maintain clienteling records and support follow‑up communications to maximise repeat business and client retention.
  • Generate basic sales and inventory reports to assist store management with forecasting and operational decisions.
  • Assist with onboarding and informal training of new sales staff, and step in as a point of contact for operational queries during shifts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; post‑secondary study in retail, fashion or business preferred.
  • At least 2 years of retail or customer service experience, preferably within a luxury or premium brand environment.
  • Strong numerical accuracy and proven experience with inventory, cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Excellent verbal communication and clienteling skills, with a polished, service‑oriented manner.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.

Experience
