Coach seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Zhengzhou, China, to drive sales, lead teams, and deliver luxury retail excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and implementing category-driven strategies; monitor KPIs and adjust tactics accordingly
- Create an inclusive, energetic retail environment that upholds Coach service standards; resolve customer concerns with promptness and professionalism
- Recruit, train, and mentor team members; cultivate a collaborative culture and develop a strong talent pipeline aligned with brand values
- Execute omni-channel and digital engagement initiatives, including virtual shopping, clienteling, and customer data collection; leverage social media insights to enhance experiences
- Oversee operational compliance across scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, visual merchandising standards, and store safety
- Collaborate with district and corporate leadership to interpret market trends, refine store strategy, and drive cross-functional initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in retail or service industries
- Luxury or fashion retail background preferred
- Strong customer focus with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Proven track record of inspiring and motivating teams to surpass performance targets
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail point-of-sale systems
