Coach Assistant Store Manager

Role & Responsibilities
- Lead daily boutique operations, ensuring seamless client service and adherence to Coach visual and operational standards.
- Drive sales performance and execute local merchandising and promotional plans to achieve KPIs and targets.
- Independently manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling and loss-prevention protocols.
- Coach, develop and schedule sales team members; recruit, onboard and deliver continuous training and performance feedback.
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, receiving and regular stocktakes to maintain product availability and accuracy.
- Maintain CRM and clienteling activities to build long-term relationships with high-value customers and maximize repeat business.
- Produce timely store reports, analyse sales trends and recommend corrective actions to improve commercial performance.
- Ensure compliance with brand policies, local labour regulations and health & safety standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in luxury or premium retail, including at least one year in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and leading a retail team in a high-traffic boutique environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in inventory management, merchandising and basic financial controls.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to provide exceptional client service and develop clienteling programmes.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods.

Experience
Previous experience in luxury fashion retail with responsibility for sales performance and team supervision. Demonstrated ability to run daily store operations independently, coach staff, and implement brand merchandising and clienteling strategies.
Education
High school diploma or vocational qualification required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, hospitality or a related field preferred.
