Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving and exceeding sales targets through forecasting, strategic planning, and implementation of category-specific initiatives; monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategies dynamically to optimize results
  • Create an inclusive, high-energy retail environment that consistently meets Coach service standards; resolve customer issues promptly and professionally while serving as a brand ambassador both in-store and within the community
  • Recruit, onboard, and coach team members to foster a collaborative culture; build and maintain a strong talent pipeline aligned with the brand's vision and values
  • Support omni-channel and digital engagement initiatives, including virtual shopping, clienteling, and customer data acquisition; leverage social media trends and market insights to enhance the overall customer experience

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of proven leadership experience in retail or service industries
  • Luxury and fashion industry background strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams to exceed performance standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and retail management systems
  • Knowledge of omni-channel retail services and clienteling strategies
  • Strong English language proficiency
  • Physical ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly (up to 50 pounds occasionally); ability to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver throughout sales floor and stockroom

Experience
