Coach Assistant Store Manager in Xiamen | Full-time retail management role at Xiamen Mixc, driving sales and team excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales and strategy execution by assisting the Store Manager in forecasting, planning, and executing category-based initiatives to meet sales targets; monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategies as needed
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating an inclusive, vibrant shopping environment that adheres to Coach service standards; respond promptly and appropriately to customer concerns; serve as an active brand ambassador within the store and community
- Lead and develop talent by recruiting, onboarding, and coaching team members; cultivate a collaborative culture and build a high-potential talent pipeline aligned with brand vision
- Implement omnichannel and digital engagement by supporting virtual shopping, clienteling, and customer data collection initiatives; leverage social media trends to enhance the customer experience
- Ensure operational excellence by overseeing policy compliance, including scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, and visual merchandising standards; maintain store security and manage supplier relationships

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 8+ years of retail experience, including at least 5 years in retail management at mid-to-premium consumer brands

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability
- Strong English communication skills
