Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets through forecasting, planning, and implementing category initiatives; monitor KPIs and adjust strategies as needed
- Create an inclusive, high-energy store environment that meets Coach Service standards and brand specifications
- Resolve customer issues promptly and serve as a brand ambassador both in-store and in the community
- Recruit, onboard, and coach team members to foster a collaborative culture and build a strong talent pipeline
- Support virtual shopping, clienteling, and customer data acquisition initiatives
- Leverage social media trends and omni-channel strategies to enhance customer engagement
- Oversee compliance with policies, scheduling, payroll, and HR processes
- Manage loss prevention, visual merchandising standards, and store safety protocols
- Maintain vendor relationships and cross-functional communication with district and corporate teams
- Interpret market trends and share insights to drive strategic store initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of leadership experience in retail or service industries
- Luxury or fashion background strongly preferred
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to exceed performance standards
