Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and strategy through forecasting, category planning, and KPI monitoring in partnership with Store Manager
- Lead visual merchandising execution including floor sets, window displays, seasonal presentations, and product launches aligned with brand standards
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by fostering an inclusive, high-energy environment that upholds Coach service standards and brand values
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop sales and merchandising team members to build a strong talent pipeline and collaborative culture
- Oversee operational compliance including scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, inventory management, and vendor relationships
- Execute omni-channel and digital engagement strategies including virtual shopping, clienteling, customer data acquisition, and social media integration
- Serve as a key visual resource and brand ambassador for the store and surrounding market; lead by example on the sales floor
- Collaborate with Store Manager and District Leadership on market trend interpretation, store strategy development, and cross-functional project initiatives
- Ensure timely execution of shipments, replenishment, product placement, and visual updates throughout the store
- Coach and develop team members on product knowledge, styling techniques, customer engagement protocols, and visual merchandising standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in retail or service industries
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to exceed performance standards
- Demonstrated expertise in visual merchandising and brand standards execution
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong customer focus and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail POS systems
- Knowledge of omni-channel services and clienteling strategies
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and peak retail periods
Skills
Experience
5+ years of leadership experience in retail or service industries; luxury or fashion background strongly preferred. A combination of relevant education and progressive retail management experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college education or retail management certification preferred.
