Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
- Drive sales performance and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support the recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Implement visual merchandising standards and ensure brand consistency.
- Manage store financials, including budgeting and expense control.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury fashion sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years in a retail management role, with experience in luxury fashion preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
