Coach Retail Management Trainee position in Hong Kong. Develop retail leadership skills with mentorship from experienced store managers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop foundational retail management competencies under the mentorship of experienced store leadership
- Assist in daily store operations including sales floor management, visual merchandising, and customer service excellence
- Support inventory management, stock allocation, and merchandising standards across the retail environment
- Contribute to team training and onboarding initiatives to foster a cohesive and high-performing retail team
- Participate in promotional campaigns and seasonal initiatives to drive sales performance and brand visibility
- Maintain Coach brand standards and retail excellence through consistent execution of operational procedures
