Coach seeks a Retail Management Trainee at Beijing SKP Outlet. Full-time leadership development role for luxury fashion retail professionals.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily retail operations and inventory management at the Beijing outlet store
- Deliver elevated customer service aligned with Coach's brand standards and inclusive values
- Assist in training and mentoring sales associates to ensure consistent brand representation
- Participate in visual merchandising and store presentation initiatives
- Support manager-level functions including scheduling, performance monitoring, and reporting
- Contribute to sales targets and customer relationship-building activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Demonstrated passion for retail and luxury fashion brands
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
