Coach seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Sunbury, Ohio to lead sales, team development and omni‑channel service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets through forecasting, planning and execution of category initiatives; monitor KPIs and adjust tactics to optimise performance.
- Lead by example on the sales floor to deliver Coach service standards and resolve customer issues promptly, serving as an in-store brand ambassador.
- Recruit, onboard and coach store team members; foster a collaborative culture and develop a talent pipeline aligned with the brand vision.
- Operate and promote omni-channel services including virtual shopping and clienteling to acquire customer data and deepen engagement.
- Ensure operational excellence across scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, visual merchandising and vendor relations; maintain store safety and compliance.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in retail or service environments; luxury or fashion retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to motivate teams and drive performance to exceed sales and service standards.
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and retail point-of-sale or inventory systems; familiarity with omni-channel and clienteling strategies.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, public holidays and peak retail periods; ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally).

Experience
Minimum of one year in a leadership or supervisory role within retail or service industries; prior luxury or fashion retail experience is preferred. A combination of education and demonstrated retail leadership will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18.50 to USD 31.50 per hour.
