Coach is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Shiyan, China to lead sales, client experience and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store sales through forecasting, tactical planning and disciplined execution of promotional and category initiatives; continuously monitor KPIs and refine strategies to meet targets.
- Deliver exemplary customer experiences on the sales floor, acting as a brand ambassador and resolving client issues swiftly and professionally.
- Lead recruitment, on-boarding, coaching and performance development for the store team to build a high-potential talent pipeline aligned with brand standards.
- Support omnichannel engagement including virtual shopping, clienteling and customer data collection; leverage social media trends to enhance client acquisition and retention.
- Ensure operational excellence and compliance across scheduling, payroll, HR administration, loss prevention, vendor relations and visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate closely with area management and headquarters teams to interpret market intelligence, define store strategies and execute cross-functional projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of retail experience with at least 5 years in retail management, preferably within mid-to-high-end consumer or luxury brands.
- Demonstrated leadership, high professional integrity and proven ability to develop and motivate teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving capabilities and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient English communication skills; fluent in Mandarin Chinese.

Experience
At least 8 years of retail experience including a minimum of 5 years in supervisory or store management roles; experience with mid-to-high-end or luxury consumer brands preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
