Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in driving daily store performance to achieve sales targets, KPIs and profitability goals.
  • Coach, develop and roster retail staff; provide on-the-floor training in selling techniques, clienteling and product knowledge.
  • Deliver exceptional client experience through proactive clienteling, personalised service and effective complaint resolution.
  • Ensure execution of visual merchandising standards, seasonal floor moves and brand presentation guidelines.
  • Manage inventory processes including stock receipts, transfers, cycle counts and shrinkage prevention.
  • Oversee store opening/closing procedures, cash handling, POS reconciliation and operational compliance.
  • Prepare routine sales and operational reports, and implement corrective actions to optimise performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail supervisory experience, preferably within luxury, premium accessories or lifestyle brands.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a sales team, coach to performance and develop talent.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience meeting sales targets and managing operational metrics.
  • Professional presentation, excellent communication skills and a customer-focused demeanour.

Experience

Typically 2+ years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role; experience in luxury or premium retail environments is strongly preferred.
