Coach Assistant Store Manager

Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager to achieve sales targets through forecasting, category planning and timely execution of commercial initiatives; monitor store KPIs and recalibrate tactics to maximize performance.
- Lead by example on the sales floor to deliver Coach service standards; act as an in-store brand ambassador and resolve customer issues promptly to protect client loyalty.
- Recruit, onboard, coach and develop store team members; create a collaborative culture and maintain a talent pipeline aligned with the brand vision.
- Enable omni-channel and digital engagement by supporting virtual shopping, clienteling, customer data capture and leveraging social media trends to enrich the client journey.
- Oversee store operations including compliance with company policies, scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, vendor coordination and visual merchandising standards.
- Partner with district and corporate leadership to interpret market trends, feed insights into broader strategies and drive cross-functional store projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in retail or service environments; luxury or fashion retail background preferred.
- Demonstrated customer focus with the ability to perform in fast-paced, high-traffic retail settings.
- Proven ability to inspire, motivate and develop teams to exceed sales and service targets.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and retail systems, and working knowledge of omni-channel services and clienteling strategies.
- Capacity to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Experience
At least 1 year of supervisory or management experience in retail or service industries; prior experience in luxury or fashion retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in retail management, business or a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18.50 to USD 31.50 per hour.
