Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets through forecasting, planning, and executing category-focused initiatives; monitor key performance indicators and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Create an inclusive, high-energy store environment that exemplifies Coach Service standards; resolve customer issues promptly and serve as a brand ambassador both in-store and within the community
  • Recruit, onboard, and coach team members; foster collaborative culture and develop a robust talent pipeline aligned with brand vision
  • Support virtual shopping experiences, clienteling strategies, and customer data acquisition initiatives; leverage social media trends to enhance the overall customer experience
  • Oversee compliance with all company policies, staff scheduling, payroll administration, HR processes, loss prevention measures, and visual merchandising standards; maintain store safety protocols and vendor relationships

Qualifications
