Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and management of the store.
- Ensure the achievement of sales targets and profitability goals.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Support the recruitment, training, and development of store staff.

Qualifications

Skills
Experience
A minimum of 2 years in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury or premium retail sector.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
