Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the sales floor team to deliver outstanding client service and achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
- Coach, mentor and develop sales associates through ongoing feedback, formal training and performance reviews.
- Own daily operational routines including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, merchandising standards and stock replenishment.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising directives to ensure the store presents product assortments in line with brand guidelines.
- Drive clienteling activities and CRM utilisation to build lasting client relationships and maximise repeat business.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, execute stock control processes and support loss-prevention measures.
- Support the Store Manager with recruiting, scheduling and payroll administration when required.
- Analyse sales trends and contribute to action plans to close performance gaps and capitalise on opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in retail, preferably within premium or luxury fashion.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives and coaching teams to deliver sustained performance.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills with the ability to develop talent and manage performance.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and peak seasonal periods.
- High standards of personal presentation and professional client-facing conduct.

Experience
At least two years of hands-on supervisory experience in a retail environment, with a preference for candidates who have led teams in premium or luxury fashion and demonstrated consistent achievement of sales targets and customer-service metrics.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, fashion merchandising or a related field preferred.
