Coach is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Palma de Mallorca, Spain — lead retail operations, drive sales and deliver omnichannel luxury service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager to achieve sales targets through forecasting, planning and execution of category initiatives; monitor KPIs and adapt tactics to maximise performance.
- Deliver exceptional, inclusive customer experiences on the sales floor and act as a visible brand ambassador in-store and within the local community.
- Recruit, onboard, coach and develop store team members; build a motivated talent pipeline aligned to the brand’s service standards.
- Drive omni-channel engagement including virtual shopping and clienteling; use customer data and social media trends to enhance acquisition and retention.
- Maintain operational excellence covering scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, vendor liaison and adherence to visual merchandising and safety standards.
- Collaborate with district and corporate teams to interpret market trends, share insights and support cross-functional projects that improve store performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in retail or service environments; luxury/fashion background preferred.
- Demonstrable track record of motivating teams to exceed sales and service targets.
- Strong customer focus with the ability to deliver high-energy, inclusive service in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems; working knowledge of omni-channel services and clienteling strategies.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays.
- Strong English language proficiency (for EU-based roles).

Experience
At least 1 year of leadership experience in retail or service industries; prior experience in luxury or fashion retail is preferred.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; a combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
