Coach seeks Assistant Store Manager for Orlando, Florida (Disney Springs). Lead retail operations, drive sales, and develop talent in this full-time luxury fashion role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and monitor KPIs by forecasting, planning, and implementing category initiatives in collaboration with the Store Manager
- Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with Coach brand standards and create an inclusive, high-energy retail environment
- Lead, recruit, onboard, and coach team members; foster a collaborative culture and build a strong talent pipeline
- Support virtual shopping, clienteling, and customer data acquisition strategies; leverage social media trends to enhance customer engagement
- Oversee compliance with policies, scheduling, payroll, loss prevention, and visual merchandising standards; maintain store safety and vendor relationships
- Collaborate with district and corporate leadership to interpret market trends, shape store strategies, and drive cross-functional projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of leadership experience in retail or service industries
- Luxury or fashion industry background preferred
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to exceed performance standards
- Strong customer focus with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management systems
- Knowledge of omni-channel services and clienteling strategies
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
