Coach is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Orlando, FL to lead sales, team development and store operations at The Florida Mall.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager to achieve sales targets through forecasting, planning and execution of category and promotional initiatives; monitor KPIs and adapt strategies to optimise performance.
- Lead by example on the sales floor to deliver Coach service standards and an exceptional, inclusive customer experience; resolve escalated customer issues and act as a local brand ambassador.
- Recruit, onboard, coach and develop store team members; create a collaborative culture and build a strong talent pipeline aligned with brand vision.
- Drive omni‑channel engagement including virtual shopping, clienteling and customer data acquisition; leverage social media and digital trends to enhance in‑store experience.
- Oversee operational excellence: scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, visual merchandising standards, stockroom flow and vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with district and corporate leadership to interpret market trends, share insights and contribute to cross‑functional projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in retail or customer‑facing service industries; luxury or fashion retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to motivate and coach teams to exceed performance standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems; working knowledge of clienteling and omni‑channel retail services.
- Capacity to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally).
- Combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

At least 1 year of leadership experience in retail or service environments; previous experience within luxury or fashion retail is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and relevant retail leadership experience will be considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18.50 to USD 31.50 per hour.
