Coach is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Orlando, FL to lead sales, team development and store operations at The Florida Mall.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager to achieve sales targets through forecasting, planning and execution of category and promotional initiatives; monitor KPIs and adapt strategies to optimise performance.
  • Lead by example on the sales floor to deliver Coach service standards and an exceptional, inclusive customer experience; resolve escalated customer issues and act as a local brand ambassador.
  • Recruit, onboard, coach and develop store team members; create a collaborative culture and build a strong talent pipeline aligned with brand vision.
  • Drive omni‑channel engagement including virtual shopping, clienteling and customer data acquisition; leverage social media and digital trends to enhance in‑store experience.
  • Oversee operational excellence: scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, visual merchandising standards, stockroom flow and vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with district and corporate leadership to interpret market trends, share insights and contribute to cross‑functional projects.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in retail or customer‑facing service industries; luxury or fashion retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to motivate and coach teams to exceed performance standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail systems; working knowledge of clienteling and omni‑channel retail services.
  • Capacity to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; ability to lift regularly at least 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally).
  • Combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.

Experience
