Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager to achieve sales targets through forecasting, category planning and KPI monitoring; adapt strategies in response to performance and market trends.
- Lead by example on the sales floor to deliver Coach service standards and resolve customer issues promptly, acting as a visible brand ambassador in-store and in the community.
- Recruit, onboard and coach store staff; develop talent pipelines and foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture aligned with brand values.
- Drive omni-channel engagement including virtual shopping, clienteling and customer data acquisition; leverage social media trends to enhance customer experience.
- Ensure operational excellence: oversee scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, vendor relations, visual merchandising and store safety/compliance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience in retail or service environments; prior luxury or fashion experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop teams to exceed performance expectations.
- Strong customer orientation with excellent communication, problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and point-of-sale/retail systems; familiarity with omni-channel services and clienteling strategies.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, peak seasons and public holidays; ability to perform physical tasks (regularly lift 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs).

Experience
At least one year of supervisory or leadership experience in retail or a service industry; experience within a luxury or fashion environment is strongly preferred. A combination of relevant education and demonstrable on-the-job experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary study in retail management, business or a related field preferred.
