Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving weekly and monthly sales targets through forecasting, category planning and KPI monitoring; implement and adjust in-store strategies to maximise performance.
  • Deliver high-touch customer experiences consistent with Coach service standards; resolve customer issues promptly and act as the brand ambassador in-store and within the local community.
  • Recruit, onboard and coach sales associates; provide ongoing performance feedback, build a talent pipeline and foster a collaborative, development-focused team culture.
  • Drive omni-channel engagement by supporting virtual shopping, clienteling activities and customer data capture; leverage social media trends to enhance the in-store customer journey.
  • Ensure operational excellence across scheduling, payroll, HR processes, loss prevention, vendor relationships and visual merchandising standards; maintain store safety and compliance.
  • Collaborate with district and corporate teams to interpret market trends, share insights and execute cross-functional initiatives that improve store performance.
  • Perform physical tasks required by retail operations, including regular lifting (25 lbs, up to 50 lbs occasionally), stockroom management and salesfloor maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience in retail or service industries; luxury or fashion retail experience preferred.
  • Proven ability to motivate teams and consistently exceed performance targets.
  • Strong customer orientation with excellent communication, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common retail systems; demonstrated understanding of omni-channel services and clienteling strategies.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak retail periods and public holidays.
  • Capacity to perform physical duties of the role (regular lifting up to 25 lbs; occasional lifting up to 50 lbs).
  • Strong English-language proficiency.

Experience
