Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets through forecasting, KPI monitoring, category planning and execution of promotional initiatives.
- Lead by example on the sales floor to deliver Coach service standards and exceptional client experiences; resolve customer issues and act as a local brand ambassador.
- Recruit, onboard, coach and develop store staff; build a collaborative team culture and maintain a talent pipeline aligned with brand objectives.
- Execute omni‑channel and digital engagement strategies including virtual shopping, clienteling and customer data capture to grow lifetime value.
- Ensure operational excellence: maintain compliance with HR processes, scheduling, payroll, loss prevention, visual merchandising and vendor relationships.
- Collaborate with district and corporate leadership to interpret market trends, share insights and drive cross‑functional initiatives.
- Maintain physical store readiness and safety; perform routine stockroom and floor duties including occasional heavy lifting.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of leadership experience in retail or service; luxury/fashion retail experience preferred.
- Proven ability to inspire, coach and motivate sales teams to exceed targets.
- Strong customer focus with demonstrated problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and retail systems; familiarity with clienteling and omni‑channel services.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season and public holidays.
- Ability to lift regularly up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Skills
Experience
Minimum one year of supervisory or leadership experience within retail or a customer‑facing service environment; experience in luxury or fashion retail strongly preferred. A combination of formal education and practical retail experience will be considered.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework or degree preferred. Combination of education and relevant experience considered.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18.50 to USD 38.25 per hour.
