Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets through proactive selling, floor leadership and clienteling strategies.
  • Coach, mentor and develop sales associates to deliver elevated customer service, product knowledge and brand standards.
  • Lead daily store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, POS reconciliation and banking.
  • Oversee visual merchandising and presentation to ensure adherence to seasonal directives and brand guidelines.
  • Manage inventory control processes: stock replenishment, receiving, transfers, cycle counts and shrink prevention.
  • Build and maintain high‑value client relationships through CRM activity, follow‑up and personalized service.
  • Create staff schedules, manage attendance and ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
  • Implement loss prevention procedures and maintain a safe, secure retail environment.
  • Prepare and submit operational and sales reports; analyse store performance and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in retail, preferably within premium or luxury fashion brands.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop a retail team to meet commercial objectives.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; client‑focused and polished presentation.
  • Proficiency in cash handling, basic financial reconciliation and retail KPIs.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required by retail trading hours.

Experience

Minimum of 2–3 years of hands‑on retail experience with at least some supervisory responsibility; experience in luxury or premium fashion retail strongly preferred.
