Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs through daily coaching, performance tracking and hands-on selling.
  • Lead, develop and motivate the sales team to deliver elevated client experiences and sustained clienteling activities.
  • Oversee daily store operations including scheduling, payroll controls, inventory accuracy, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards, floor moves and shop presentation to brand guidelines.
  • Manage cash handling, POS transactions, store opening/closing procedures and reconciliation tasks.
  • Prepare and submit operational and sales reports, assist with local marketing and promotional execution, and escalate merchandising or service issues as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory experience in retail, preferably within luxury or premium brands.
  • Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and coaching others to performance.
  • Strong organisational aptitude with experience managing schedules, inventory and cash procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric orientation.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.
