Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and KPIs through daily coaching, performance tracking and hands-on selling.
- Lead, develop and motivate the sales team to deliver elevated client experiences and sustained clienteling activities.
- Oversee daily store operations including scheduling, payroll controls, inventory accuracy, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
- Execute and maintain visual merchandising standards, floor moves and shop presentation to brand guidelines.
- Manage cash handling, POS transactions, store opening/closing procedures and reconciliation tasks.
- Prepare and submit operational and sales reports, assist with local marketing and promotional execution, and escalate merchandising or service issues as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in retail, preferably within luxury or premium brands.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and coaching others to performance.
- Strong organisational aptitude with experience managing schedules, inventory and cash procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centric orientation.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and peak retail periods.

Experience
Minimum 2+ years of supervisory or assistant-manager experience in retail; experience with luxury, accessories or fashion brands strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or related field preferred.
