Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, KPIs and local store profitability through proactive coaching and execution.
  • Lead, develop and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional clienteling and personalised customer service.
  • Drive daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling and reconciliation, and compliance with loss-prevention protocols.
  • Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment and visual merchandising to maintain brand presentation and planogram standards.
  • Manage staff scheduling, labour optimisation and assist with payroll and administrative tasks as required.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, health & safety standards and local regulations.
  • Analyse store performance data, provide actionable feedback to the team and implement corrective actions to improve conversion and average transaction value.
  • Act as the store leader in the manager's absence, resolving client escalations and operational issues decisively.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail supervisory experience, preferably within luxury fashion or premium accessories.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop store teams to meet sales objectives and deliver elevated service.
  • Solid numerical aptitude and experience managing cash, tills and basic payroll or scheduling systems.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to visual merchandising and store presentation.
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings and peak retail periods.
  • High level of professionalism and the ability to represent a premium luxury brand.

Experience

Typically 3+ years of progressive retail experience with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity; experience in luxury, fashion or premium retail environments strongly preferred.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, fashion merchandising or related field preferred.
