Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving store sales targets and key performance indicators, driving conversion, average transaction value and retention.
  • Coach, develop and schedule boutique staff to deliver exceptional, personalized client service consistent with brand standards.
  • Lead floor operations including visual merchandising, product presentation, inventory control and replenishment to maximize sell-through.
  • Ensure flawless clienteling through CRM usage, follow-up activity and management of client appointments and outreach.
  • Manage daily store administrative tasks—opening/closing procedures, cash handling, till reconciliation and basic payroll/scheduling inputs.
  • Maintain compliance with loss-prevention protocols, brand policies and local regulatory requirements.
  • Act as on-duty manager when required, resolving client escalations and operational issues with poise and discretion.

Qualifications

  • Proven supervisory or assistant management experience in retail, preferably within a luxury or premium fashion brand.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and manage store-level KPIs.
