Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store sales performance and achieve revenue, conversion and average-transaction-value targets through daily coaching and on-floor leadership.
- Coach, develop and motivate sales associates; conduct regular performance feedback, training and mentoring to build selling capability and product knowledge.
- Manage store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, POS reconciliation and daily reporting to corporate standards.
- Own merchandising execution and visual standards: ensure floor sets, product presentation and stock replenishment align with brand directives.
- Administer staff scheduling, payroll control and labour optimisation while maintaining service levels during peak and off-peak periods.
- Oversee inventory control and loss-prevention protocols, investigate discrepancies and collaborate with loss-prevention teams to reduce shrinkage.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and probationary processes in partnership with regional HR and ensure adherence to company policies and employment law.
- Act as the primary brand ambassador in the absence of the Store Manager, representing Coach to clients and local stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership capability with demonstrated experience supervising retail teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to coach and influence across all levels.

Experience
Typically 2–4 years of progressive retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant manager role; luxury, fashion or accessories retail experience strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; tertiary qualification in business, retail management or fashion is preferred but not essential.
