Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and KPI achievement through active selling, coaching and daily execution of commercial initiatives.
- Coach, develop and motivate the sales team to deliver personalised luxury client experiences and consistent clienteling activity.
- Ensure flawless store operations including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, inventory control and loss-prevention protocols.
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain on-floor presentation to reflect brand directives and seasonal campaigns.
- Assist the Store Manager with recruitment, scheduling, performance management and running of daily briefings.
- Manage client relationship activities, follow-up processes and CRM/clienteling tasks to maximise retention and lifetime value.
- Produce routine operational and sales reports, contribute to forecasting and support stock replenishment and allocation decisions.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership capability with strong coaching and team-development skills.
- Exceptional customer-service orientation with refined interpersonal skills for a luxury clientele.
- Commercially minded with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in retail.
- Highly organised, reliable and able to operate under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and public holidays; ability to travel occasionally for training if required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks typical of retail operations (stock handling, long periods on foot).

Experience
Typically 3+ years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or assistant management role; experience within luxury or premium fashion brands strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management or related field preferred.
