Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, KPIs and store profitability through effective team leadership and daily commercial focus.
- Coach, develop and schedule store staff; drive performance through regular feedback, training and talent development initiatives.
- Deliver exemplary client experiences and cultivate long-term client relationships through personalized service and follow-up.
- Oversee visual merchandising standards and ensure brand presentation, stock flow and floor sets meet global directives.
- Manage inventory control, receiving, stock replenishment and loss-prevention procedures to protect company assets.
- Run opening/closing procedures, resolve customer escalations, and ensure compliance with operational policies and local regulations.
- Analyze sales data and assist with forecasting, promotions and in-store execution to maximize conversion and average transaction value.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory experience in retail; minimum 2 years in a leadership role, preferably within luxury or premium fashion.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and managing KPIs in a store environment.
- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills with the ability to develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in merchandising, inventory and operational processes.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays; legal authorization to work in the job location.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or assistant management experience in retail, with direct responsibility for sales performance, staff management and store operations. Prior experience in luxury, fashion or accessories retail is strongly preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, merchandising or fashion is preferred.
