Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets, KPIs and profitability metrics through team coaching and performance management.
- Lead daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, visual merchandising and inventory control.
- Coach, hire and develop sales associates; deliver regular feedback, conduct performance reviews and maintain high standards of client service.
- Implement brand merchandising standards and execute store-level marketing and promotional activities to maximize conversion and average transaction value.
- Monitor stock levels, oversee receiving and replenishment processes, and collaborate on loss-prevention measures and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and maintain accurate administrative records including staff schedules, sales reports and payroll inputs.
Qualifications
- Proven supervisory or assistant management experience in luxury, premium or specialty retail.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop sales teams to meet or exceed store targets.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs such as sales, conversion and average transaction value.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods.
- Authorization to work in the United States (if applicable to location).

Experience
Typically 2+ years of supervisory or assistant management experience in retail, preferably within luxury, fashion or premium lifestyle brands, with a track record of developing teams and achieving sales targets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, retail management or a related field preferred.
